Veganism is the practice of opposing or dispensing the products which are partly or wholly made more / derived from animals. The person who follows this type of diet or philosophy in day-to-day life is probably a Vegan person . It is a associated philosophy that rejects the commodity ( i.e buying or selling) of animals.
Vitamin D2 is more suitable for Vegan individual as compered to Vitamin D3, as vitamin D3 can be derived from animal source and such kind of food can’t be consumed by Vegan’s . Vitamin D3 can also be derived from Lichen’s ( that are symbiotic association of algae ) that are is vegan friendly source for isolation on vitamin D3 .

Types of Veganism
This type of Vegans avoid Animal related products in their diet but they use other products that may be related to animals such as cloths , cosmetics etc. and they often use interchangeably with plant based eaters.

This individuals prefers the diet of whole foods such as groundnut , fruits , dry fruits , vegetables ,nuts, legumes , whole grains etc.
3. Junk Food Vegan
This type of individuals rely heavily on processed vegan food such as vegan meat , fries, frozen dinners , deserts including Oreo cookies and non-dairy ice-cream.
4. Raw Food Vegan
This type of Vegans prefer to eat the food that is raw or cooked at very low temprature i.e at 48 degree celcius .
A vegan person or veganism is tends to omit animal products for ethical, environmental or health reasons. veganism is a way of living in which people opposes as much as the possible exploitation and cruelty of animals.
At first it seem to be difficult to shift to veganism at first , people get worried if they find replacement for their favorait meal or not , by in there 2-3 year I’ve seen the so many option in nearby area that are vegan friendly . I’ve seen the vegan version of pastel de nata in market which is one of my all-time favorite desserts.

As a vegan so many people avoid purchasing woolen cloths, leather jackets or furnitures and anything that may be related to animals that harms animals for comfort food or decoration . Vegan also avaod going to zoo , instead they visit per farming area or natinal sanchuries .

According to Ethical vegans all the creatures have right to life and freedom of life. and so Ethical vegans avoid to use animal related products in their daily lives.
Modern farming is one of the reasons that vegans also want animals to suffer less and have free live and existance moreover for ethical vegans this sentiment are beyond the cruelty of modern farming . vegans are opposed to consuming products that rely on the killing of other animals .
Eethical vegans generally believe that the products such as milk, eggs, honey, silk, wool etc. are not for humans.
Some people choose a vegan , diet for its potential health benefits. Diets high in meat especially red meat have been linked to cancer, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes plant-based diets have been linked to a lower risk of developing or dying from diseases
Low intake of animal based food product may improove your digestion and can reduce the chances of Alzheimer’s disease. Veganism has helped people to loose unwanted weight and reduce obesity .

vitamin B12 ,vitamin D, calcium, zinc, iodine, selenium. sometimes supplimets are taken by the vegans as the their diet may not provide them the wholesome nutrition

Foods that vegans eat
Avoiding animal products doesn’t restrict you to just eat salads and tofu but There’s a wide variety of delicious foods you can eat being a vegan is as follow
Beans, peas, and lentils: red, brown, or green lentils chickpeas; split peas; black-eyed peas; black beans; white beans; and kidney beans .
Soy products: fortified soy milk, soybeans, tofu, tempeh.
Nuts:peanuts, almonds, cashews, and their butters
Seeds: such as sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and their butters, flaxseed, hemp seeds, and chia seeds
Whole grains: quinoa, whole wheat, whole oats, and whole grain brown or wild rice, bread, crackers, and pasta
Starchy vegetables: such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, squash, beets, and turnips
Non-starchy vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, radishes, and leafy greens.
